Just a small suggestion. If the CCGTCC is going to have a museum and it's going to be open to the public then you might try contacting the city's "ReDevelopemnt Agency". They could find a building in the "ReDevelopment" area, maybe something like an old super market, and make funds available for refurbishing it especially if it will bring revenue into the city.
PS - I think Las Vegas is the best place for the "CLUB" and the "CLUB" should remain as "ONE".
