Within the past two weeks the Gold Country Casino in Elko has removed its only Silver Strike machine. I guess all Gold Country Strikes are now Obsolete! I was in Wendover--Silver Smith and State Line--and asked several pit bosses about change-over of casinos and chips when the Peppermill takes over. Several answers came back but the most interesting is that Peppermill WILL NOT be taking over. Some said another buyer has outbid Peppermill. Most said the chips would change. General conclusion--a lot of rumors but nobody seems to know anything for sure. Doug
