I attended my first Pindex show in September 2001. I checked the Hard Rock Hotel website prior to attending. I was interested in the details of the show, hours, days, etc. When reviewing the information I discovered that each admission to the show would receive a NCV chip. The first morning of the show I paid my entry fee but there was no chip. I asked and was told "They're all gone, we gave them out last night." The info on the website said that each person attending would receive the chip. It did not say only those paying in advance, it did not say limited to the first xxx number attending. I was very disappointed for two reasons. First I did not receive the chip and secondly I could not get a straight answer from anyone. I only wish that I had printed the details from the website and had a copy with me.
