Although the suggestion of HR having only 50 high rollers might be true, we don't know what the criteria was for being invited.
If a single chips sells for $1500 doesn't mean that the price will stay at that level once more examples are offered for sale. As I have mentioned in an earlier post the Cure chip, of which there were only 250 made, typically sells for about $200.
I don't approve of what the HR did, they could af least have set aside a number for collectors. Unfortunately that's business and we don't get to make the policies.
