Like most countries we also have a part where the people are a bit more 'slow' (a nice way to say they are st*p*d)
Anyway, this guy turns on to the market square and had a puncture. He got out looked at the flat tyre for a while and a gentleman walks by, askind the guy, 'What is wrong ?'. The driver said 'I have a puncture and don't know what to do...' 'No problem said the other, just blow up the exhaust and you will inflate the tyre.' So he went behind the car, sits on the ground and starts blowing on the exhaust.
A Policecar drives by and sees this, so they stop.
'What are you doing ?' asked the policeman. 'Blowing up my flat tyre...' said the driver, pointing to the deflated tyre.
The policeman started laughing, he said 'That will take you a long time, this way, your car window is still open.....!!!!'
