This is a pair of cuff links that was given to Duke Mile, the one time owner of the Avenue Club in Bellevue, Ky. He received them back in the 1950's from "Sleepout" Louie Levinson, the owner of the Flamingo Club. They were given out during the Christmas Holidays to friends and high rollers. Duke is a neat guy to talk to.....lots of stories.
