Luke, the Game of Life card is issued by all HARRAH'S and the RIO casinos. It is a card they are using as a promotional card. The promotion will end on 02 JUN 02. To a collector, it is worth about $ 1.00. The FLAMINGO card is still in use and is used mainly for people on bus tours.
