Hi Everyone.
About 2 years ago I asked this board “how do people come across New Chip Finds”? One of the suggestions was to let people know that you collect chips – make sure that everyone knows that you collect chips! It seems that after two years it has finally paid off. The chips below passed through at five sets of hands before they reached me.

Of particular interest I would like to point out the chip on the left. It comes from the Sunshine Casino that operated in Toronto until about 1997. What I find interesting is that it is a $20 chip, which is uncommon for Ontario. The sunshine casino was only allowed to have a $10 max bet. Additionally it is a flower mold chip. All of the other chips from this casino are regular Paulson chips (even the first issue hot stamp chips). The chip is in mint condition, which makes me wonder if these chips ever even saw the table.

I have confirmed that this chip came from the Sunshine Casino. I would appreciate any additional information on this chip or the “flower” mold.
