How would you know that you don't need permission to use someone else's scan. Are there rules as to context in which a stolen scan is allowed to be used?. Are you saying that the owner of the scan has no right to complain about your use of his scan?

I see that you copied the scan to your server. Does this mean that you now own the scan?

I think you're on a slippery slope using anothers scan without permission.

Of course my philosphy is, once on the net do with any scan what you will.
