The bottom 3 images are all the same "dpi," which stands for dots per inch. They have different "K," which is Kilobytes of disk space the files consume. Changing the dpi changes the size of the image as viewed on the screen. Changing the file size does indeed affect the time it takes to load the image to your computer so you can view it. But less K means less detail.
