I'm not sure I follow you on web based but I was planning to release the first issue two ways I will have the traditional book version and a CDROM version. These details still have to be worked out, I am in the infancy stages with research and team building. Once the team is established we will attack the research from all possible angles then move on to production targets. I am open to all suggestions criticism's and idea's this will be collective effort by collectors!!!!!
