You know to me that would seem highly illegal or at least against NVGCB regulations. According to the rules on the NVGCB website, All casino chips have to be approved first and they also have to have the casino's name on it, What happens if O'Sheas closes up or changes ownership? I would assume O'Sheas wouldn't be obligated to accept them and the Hilton has probably already declared them obsolote and won't accept them anymore.
