By default your email folders in Netscape Messenger are stored in c:\program files\netscape\users\{your username}\mail\...

You'll see two files that represent each folder. Ie; The file "inbox.sbd" and the file "inbox". The two files makeup that email folder. You can move them in and out of that location as you wish and they will disapear and reappear like magic.
