Four Queens $5 2000 Halloween Chip ( Two times the "32", near "8" and near "0")

Four Queens $5 2002 Halloween Chip; the "23" and the "32" are placed wrong, because in the French roulette the "23" is beside the "8" and the "32" beside the "0"
