Is this really a fantasy chip? Long

I do not own the chips that are pictured on the CC>CC Fantasy site but I have questions regarding if they are a fantasy, fake or just chips that have flooded the market.

Regency Cruise Lines Chips
Below is a posting about Regency Cruise Lines and a graphic below is an ad for the cruise line.

"Regency Cruises was formed in 1984 by Greek shipowner Antonios Lelakis. The first ship was Regent Sea (dreadful pun), originally the Gripsholm of 1957. The company expanded rapidly, buying secondhand tonnage, in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. The group collapsed in 1995. All ships were arrested, and some have been sold for further service. A new 50000grt ship being built for Lelakis, the Regent Sky, is due for delivery in 2001 (owners are currently described as the National Bank of Greece)."

I did a quick research on Regency Cruise Lines after I noticed the chip on the CC>CC site. I thought the logo looked to well worked out to be a fantasy chip. My conclusion is one of 2 things could have happened to let the chips flood the market.

1) When they bit the dust their assets were sold for pennies on the dollar and this included the chips.

2) They had a chip order in when the went bankrupt and the order was sold to the general public.

Either I believe that they should not be treated like a fantasy chip. Except that these chips may have flooded the market, they should be treated like any other chip from a closed casino. Look what happened to the Players Reno chips, that place never was granted a license and the chips are NOT regarded as fantasy chips.
