The Happy Birthday token from Bronco Billy's is not an anniversary issue for the casino. Instead, it is a token that they issue each year (with the year of issue) in limited numbers and give to locals on their birthdays, as a gift. Some people keep them, some spend them, but I am lead to believe that any of them are hard to come by.
