I am a suburbanite too. St. Charles (near Kane County Cougars and Chicago Freeze) and also a big Hawks fan. At least I was more of a fan in the mid to late 80's. But they are my favorite Chicago team. Bears close 2nd. It is a very sad state of affairs to be a Chicago Sports fan. Prob. the worst owner in each major sport is in Chicago.

I took my daughter to the Hawks home opener. It was her first game and probably last unless they lower the prices considerably. (like that would ever happen) Had to get my calendar.

As far as the weed infested beer garden on the north side. Well lets not get into that. I'm a Sox fan. Enough said.
