Re: Ebay False Advetising-UPDATE 2

Well, kids, I got a response form the buyer. Turns out he is an experienced chipper, and new better then to belive the sellers discription. He collects fantasy chips, and wanted them. He doesnt even pay attention to what the sellers claim anymore (sad state of affairs). He was pleased that we were looking out for his best interest.
So...All's well that ends well.

As for the seller....well he just couldnt care less. He responded with a lame defense. His answer to the fraudulent claim of a "one of a Kind Set": the manager of the Gambler's General Store told him they arent going to make anymore, and they only have a few dozen sets left. That's good enough for him, and should be good enough for me. Hmmmmm. Seems like one voice just isnt enough to get the point across to this man. Anyone interested in seeing my final response to him can email me, I'd be hapy to share.
