I see casinos as adult playgrounds...
and adults should be responsible for their actions.
I don't drink alcohol by choice... so I can't blame a casino (or any establishment) for getting me "drunk"... only I could get me drunk.
I hope the person who was struck by the DD is ok... but I personally feel any legal action should be against the irresponsible party who drank and drove... not a casino.
