I have inquired as to who the two gentelmen are who are in business as Nevada Jack's and their membership status in CC & GTCC. Here is their reply;

Jim Blanchard has an excellent reputation as a honest and legitimate chip manufacturer and I don't see him hurting the hobby with his new product which seems to be accurately described... from what I've read so far...
