Some of you know that 10 days ago my mom was diagnosed with cancer...
This of course has propelled me into emotional chaos... but today we learned that her prognosis looks good. She has two types of cancer, one is invasive, one is not... but the initial information lead me to consider not attending the convention in June as planned. As things stand, I will be trying to get back to "business as usual" (at her urging) so my trip to Vegas is a "go".
