After reading the post about the Beau Rivage Year of the Horse chips I told my offline chipper friend who collects Chinese New Year chips.

He called down to the cage at Beau Rivage and was told that the $5, $25, & $100 Year of the Horse Chips are available and can be bought at the cage. They have been available since January. He tells me the person he spoke to was named Sharon and she was very helpful.
