Several years ago I received a gift that was 2 decks of plastic cards in a wooden case with "Make checks payable to Ron Lischak" printed on the back of each card in gold lettering. I think they were obtained from Spencer Gifts or some similar mail order outfit and I doubt they cost over $20 or so.
