For others who may be reading. The Optional Image URL is where you add the picture. It must me on your web pages or stored somewhere online, on the internet. You can't link to your computer drives.

Optional Link URL is if you want to link to another page. EBay for example. The title is just a title, nothing else.

I have 15 MB free with Prodigy, I think other service providers also include free storage. You have to ask and maybe dig a little.

Most of the "free" storage sites, like Angelfire, have blocked image linking, so like the Dodo they are extinct.
