John Kendall owner of Chipco told me the chips were never shipped to the Lone Star. Therefore could never have been put in play.
I don't know for sure if the casino ever opened but they never had the chips.
I remember some guys at the WSOP a few years ago, from there, was touting the casino would open soon. They had held a satellite among themselves to put one of them in the $10,000 event.
