Crapless Craps was invented by Bob Stupak in his Vegas World days. Not sure, but it may still be offered at Stratosphere. While it's true that 2-3-12 are points instead of automatic losers on the comeout roll, other odds are adjusted so there's still a house advantage to the game. In fact, the overall house edge is higher than traditional craps.

I may have a rules & odds sheet on crapless craps around here if you want to see it. Will need to dig for it.
