There is nothing wrong with the "class" at Monte Carlo. All of the bathrooms are done in marble for example. It has a wonderful lazy river pool. And it is a whole lot cheaper than Mandalay Bay. Has its own microbrewery. Only thing I don't care for there are the restaurants don't fit my personal style. But then again how often do you eat at you hotel? If money is no object, go for Mandalay Bay otherwise Monte Carlo is extremely nice.
