I'm so glad you asked, Andy ! I have no idea what the actual "Festival" is. Both Silver Smith and State Line released "Big Win" chips in 2000, but only State Line did one this year. This is the first chip from either property since the Year of the Snake chips last year, and will be the last under the current ownership, since both properties have been sold to Peppermill. It is my understanding that they are completely sold out at the casino. If you need one, I do have a few left. Send me an email.
