Thanks for the suggestions. I need to find some old Pogs and see what works without taking off the HS.

The graffitti removed worked, but it also made the chip soft. I then rinsed the chip in water, gave them a coating of oil to hopefully restore anything which was removed by solvents.

Upper right is "before" with a light coating of white paint. Upper left is "after" with a quick cleaning, using cotton q-tips. I didn't do the other side, nor did I work on getting all the leftovers out of the fine spots. I might try a toothpick and see if it softened.

What about just selling them painted and let the new owner decide? I only have four of these. From the response to my multi-part ID questions, these are not listed in any CA guide.
