You could easily prove the card was yours if you had a matching card with the same number or if you had some sort of direct mail or a win/loss statement or some other official notice from the casino with the same number on it. THAT SAID: I still would say it would fall under the category of: FINDER'S KEEPERS LOOSER'S WEEPERS! That is my humber 'legal' opinion.
