"I learned quick that craps isn't my game. I probably need to get a good book before I hit the craps table ever again."

My first craps experince was in AC early 80s. Lost 300 in 5 mins. Never played again till 93 at a quater table at Casino Royale. My point is this is the best way to learn. Go to a low stakes table. Now I love the game.

"If I walk up to a table (craps, blackjack, etc.) and buy say $10 (a $5 and 5 $1) will they look at me funny if I just walk off?"

In Vegas you can purchase chips at the cage. If they are kind enough to look for clean ones for you, you can give a buck or two tip.

"I know there a plenty of $5 craps and blackjack table on the strip. What about $1 ones?"

I believe the Sahara has one dollar blackjack.
