The term No Cash Value aka NCV means that you cant turn the chip in at the cashiers cage. They are used for many things such as Free Drinks, or to buy into a table game, or a slot machine free pull.

Match play refers to matching the players money. A $5.00 match play means that the player puts up $5.00 and along with the $5.00 matchplay chip makes it a $10.00 bet. If you win the table exchanges the matchplay chip for a real chip. On the table its thew same as money...you just have to play it along with your own to cash it.
