Time, great care, a mini Foredom grinder (the kind jewlers, dentists and wood carvers use) magnifying glasses. Then use some dental picks to pick off the small flecks one by one.

This is my guess, and I think someone with skill could recover a chip from lucite. Personally I'd practice on some cheap stuff first. ;-)
