I think the city of Laguna Beach still has a warrant out for my arrest due to non-payment of a citation for sitting on the sidewalk in 1970! I had just left the ocean after a morning of swimming/body surfing, sat on a curb, and got to meet a local police officer due to his curiosity concerning my location, and Laguna Beach local weird (in my opinion then and now) laws...
