Can it be called light orange?

I'd say if only one found & only Don has it too- who is a big collector of these. I have never seen one & would say it is rare. It might be raised 2 notches or letters or values. Or say maybe a $30 to $40 chip. $1 chips are very popular. Although it is a NCV it still has strong demand. I'd pay $25! I do still collect the NCV's & like to pick up nice chips I have not had previously.
