Intent to deceive

Unless you are the person undertaking actions that are questionable, you don't know what the intent is. You might feel comfortable with the person responsible telling you what their intent is, but that often isn't good enough, especially when the values of collections of legitmate items in the possession of other collectors are involved.

I don't have any qualms about labeling what this guy has done as being wrong. It appears that you do, and that troubles me Jim.
