When chips are reproduced, recapped, counterfeited or imitated, whether by Borland, Wayland, Osbourn, Bud Jones Co., T.R. King Co., Paulson, or whomever, even the authentic chips in that series becomes tainted forever. Some very good chips such as authentic brass core chips, Incused DIECAR Holiday International and Silver Bird chips, authentic El Rancho Vegas chips and many others, will always bring a question to mind as to whether they are original casino chips or fakes or imitations. We can not condone this process of making fake chips and I sincerely hope that the club Board of Directors will take appropiate action against all perpetrators. T.R. King agreed to no longer make home set imitations of any authentic chips as they did with the El Rancho Vegas $5, $25 & $100, in the 1970's.
