Anyone who would intentionally deface chips, especially with a profit motive is a disgrace to our club and the hobby.

Might be criminal - destroying property owned by the casino. Very likely in violation of our Code of Ethics - "to conduct myself so as to bring no discredit to the Club or to impair the prestige of the Club or its members."
