Here is a small list of Slot Cards that can be received through Snail Mail just for signing up on the casino's web site. I can only verify The Plaza, Gold Coast, and Shooting Star. I received those cards recently. I got the Fitgeralds Las Vegas more than a year ago. I already had a Barbary Coast slot card from my trip to Las Vegas.
