The listing is confusing. Looks like he is new to eBay. It appears he's selling the regular chips for $1 each, and the tournament chips for 25c each, with a minimum order of 100 chips of either kind. IMO the listing is poorly done, though I don't think Len Miller is trying to pull a fast one.

I played at Oceanside quite a few times and knew him & his son a bit. I believe he coached the local track team at one point, hense the name "coach".
