Some good ideas have been proposed and I'd like to submit one myself...

Proposal:
At the convention, we could conduct a private raffle. I have talked to a couple people personally about it and $100 was a little steep for them. They preferred a $50 ticket with a limit of 24 tickets sold. Raffle tickets would be sold first come first served so a person could buy two or more if they wished.

I say throw 24 plastic chips in 24 small manilla envelopes and put those in a bag. The people who paid for the tickets first get first chance at drawing their envelopes. After all envelopes are drawn, then we all open up at the same time.

Bennie this was your idea first and if you like to take the bull by the horns and run it, I'd say go for it. Please count me in me in for one ticket.

If you guys are not serious about running it, I am willing to do it. If I knew there was enough interest and if you guys did not want to run it, I would go ahead attempt to aquire that chip off of the dealer's website for $1200 and start the process of selling the 24 raffle tickets.

I personally would be interested in two raffle tickets. If I was running the show, then I would just accept the two remaining envelopes that did not get drawn.
