As I said, I do not know how many illegal collectors there are. I just used the 300 number. Might be 100 might be more than 300. It doesn't matter. Their chips need to be considered.
Yes, you have done some great research and you have a few NJ illegals in your collection. Does that make you an illegal collector of NJ illegals only?
