I just read an article about a 4th Indian Casino to open in Louisiana.....here is the article:

Pact May Lead to 4th Indian Casino
An agreement has been signed that could mean a fourth Indian casino in the state. Governor Mike Foster has signed the agreement with the Jena Choctaw Indians. Approval by the U.S. Department of the Interior is still required for creation of an independent reservation for the Jena Band. The Choctaws have not selected a location for the casino, but said they won't try to open one on their land in Grant Parish because voters already have voted against gambling in that parish.
