Hello newbee!! As a somewhat new collector myself I can start off by saying that you have come to the right place. You'll learn alot just by looking through what all of the old pros have to say. Everybody I have dealt with has been more than nice to me.

You stated that you want to just collect for fun, so that is what you should stick with. Some people like obsoletes, some only like $1, and the list goes on and on. What I can only suggest is try a little of everything and then go with what you like. As with any hobby, if you aren't enjoying yourself then something is wrong. That seems to be easy to forget sometimes.

Don't hesitate to ask questions, the people here are all experts, well maybe not experts but are all very knowledgeable, well maybe not knowledgeable but at least some familiarity, aw hell who am I kidding? NOBODY knows ANYTHING!!!
