Here is the rules provided by
Donohue Round Robin Rules and Information

1. $ 1.00 casino chips only. Chips can be from any casino or card room.
2. The round robin started with 23 $1 chips.
3. Take as many as you want and replace them with an equal number of $1 chips.
4. No duplicate chips are to be put in the round robin.
5. No roulette chips are to be put in the round robin.
6. Chips must not be broken, cracked, have nicks or be in poor condition.
7. Fill out the enclosed form to indicate the chip(s) you took and the replacement chip(s).
8. Ship the package by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation in the chip binder (tape up the ends so that the chips will no fall out) provided with all the documentation and mailing labels to the next person on the list within 2 days of receipt.
9. Post a message on The ChipBoard when you receive the package and when you mail it. The message should state ABE Round Robin #1, who you received the package from, who you mailed it to, the day/date and the delivery confirmation number. This is an important courtesy so all participants can keep track of the round robin.
10. State how many chips you took.
11. Post a message on The ChipBoard or send me an email if you will not be available to receive and reship the round robin for any substantial amount of time. One week or more is a good guide. This will prevent or at least reduce frustration on the part of all round robin participants due to perceived slow movement or suspected lost mail.
12. Feedback is welcome! Any suggestions to improve future round robins are welcome. Let me know if there is something you do not like about the round robin.
13. I will provide a report upon the conclusion of the round robin.
14. ENJOY!!!!!
