A little East Coast Gambling History--Reno

I picked up this interesting post card this afternoon. Years ago, slots were wide open on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The text on the back of this card tells of how the good folks of VA took advantage of the Maryland/VA border.

The text is a little confusing but it says:
"Little Reno--East Coasts finest amusement pier. Located beyond the low tide of the Potomac River, Colonial Beach, VA. Low tide making Maryland and Virginia State Lines, therefore, one enjoys privileges of mixed drinks, dancing, food and the pleasure of the most generous slot machines on earth at Reno Pier in Maryland."

Does anyone remember this establishment?
Should it be listed in TGT?
Best Regards,
Murph
