I agree with Andy. If no one takes the "trade" AND the Pats do somehow win the game, CASH THE TICKET inside 120 days. And yes you can send it back to them (follow the instructions on the back) and they will mail you a check.

No will know or care who the ticket writer was that told you, "Sure no problem, bring it in whenever." I think I'd pass on that assurance for the sake of a dime and a half. Good luck!
