I agree Barry. If the cashier goes "above and beyond" the usually get a nice toke. Above and beyond is more than grabbing the first one in the tray (for that he/she gets a thank you).

The best service I've gotten was from the Aladdin (LV) in the AM when it was not busy, where the cashier said "oh you're a collector, hang on" and asked the vault mgr to get one an uncirculated one and THEN put it in a plastic holder (yes it was a $5 house chip - nothing special). For that she got a couple of bux.
