I just started using a program called Casino Collections. You can download a full functioning 30 day trial from:

If you like it, you pay and put in the registration code they send you. It comes with 1900 casinos already in the system and they post an update on their website you can load to pick up new casinos. It also allows you to include scanned images.

It's $20 and seems to work pretty well so far.
