Welcome to the insanity! You are correct in trying to limit your collecting to a niche. Too many chips and way to much money to collect all them.

If you have extra chips to trade, post a note here on the BB. Many of the regulars to the board have web pages with chips for trade or for sale. Both the reference guides are good, but I agree that TCR is updated annually and will give you a better, up to the minute guide to pricing. Which ever one you use (or both) remember that they are GUIDES to pricing. The final price you pay, is up to you. The price for a chip is what someone is willing to pay for. But the info from the books and from Club members will save you alot of money in the long run.

The National show in June is something not to miss. Again, welcome and always ask if you aren't sure. The folks here will be happy to help!
